About the Opportunity

This role is designed for a strategic relationship builder who thrives on ensuring client satisfaction and driving project success. You will serve as a central point of contact, managing critical relationships and acting as the subject matter expert bridging the gap between business needs and creative execution. Your ability to anticipate requirements, resolve issues, and streamline communication will be key to delivering best-in-class service and achieving outstanding results for various teams within the organization.

Key Responsibilities



  • Serve as an elevated point of contact for assigned teams and projects, managing day-to-day communications and expectations.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key business decision-makers through proactive and ongoing engagement.
  • Act as the primary communication channel for all issues and conflict resolution, ensuring swift and efficient handling while keeping management informed.
  • Be the go-to contact for all service requests beyond established production routines.
  • Maintain continuous communication with business and creative teams throughout all project phases to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure project schedules are clearly communicated, understood, and adhered to by all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to maintain a high-level understanding of project status and progress.
  • Facilitate clear, two-way communication between business and creative teams to ensure strong representation and aligned expectations.
  • Implement routine check-ins to continuously monitor and enhance business satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage calendars for digital content and marketing initiatives based on business needs.
  • Act as a crucial liaison between diverse stakeholders when project changes or new requirements emerge.
  • Monitor seasonal business needs across various segments to identify and support larger creative initiatives.
  • Disseminate information, conduct needs analyses, and resolve obstacles through appropriate communication channels to relevant management.
  • Develop and document protocols and routines to ensure a premium client experience.
  • Communicate and integrate newer workflows and developments across teams.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new team members, including workflow processes, introductions, coordination with creative and business teams, and ensuring documentation is updated.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding personnel allocation on projects, suggesting changes as needed.
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are completed to meet and exceed quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors to audit delivered creative assets and final outputs, ensuring they meet or exceed quality standards and business expectations.
  • Review all major deliverables outside of normal production (e.g., strategic briefs, style guides, test imagery, marketing imagery) prior to delivery.
  • Expand visibility and strengthen your position with existing teams by deepening relationships and cultivating new connections.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, new business, or additional support.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of creative capabilities and services, effectively communicating all offerings to internal and external partners.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or client services within a creative production environment or media agency.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook on MAC or PC.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, exceptional communication, and interpersonal abilities, coupled with initiative, self-motivation, and assertiveness.
  • High level of ethics and integrity.
  • Highly organized, focused multi-tasker with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage conflict effectively within teams.

  • Demonstrated ability for forward and innovative thinking.
  • 2+ years of experience in growing business relationships and managing client accounts.
  • Excellent client services and presentation skills.
  • High level of energy and commitment, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Adept at educating business and creative teams on best practice tactics.
  • Solid understanding of production workflows.
  • Ability to travel as needed.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.00 to $51.00. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
