You will partner across engineering, product management, architecture, security, and network service teams to translate complex operational needs into shared capabilities that are secure, reliable, extensible, and reusable across the organization. As an M2 leader, you will build a high-performing and inclusive organization, develop technical and people leaders, establish clear ownership and accountability, and balance near-term delivery and service health with the long-term transformation of how Microsoft's network is engineered and operated. Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
