The Director of Global Field Marketing leads the strategy, execution, and performance optimization of integrated marketing programs across international markets. This role is responsible for building and scaling high-performing marketing motions that drive qualified demand, partner engagement, customer growth, and measurable return on investment. The Director partners closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Channel, SDR, Partner Success, and regional leaders to shape localized go-to-market strategies, allocate budget effectively, and ensure marketing programs are aligned to business priorities, customer needs, and market opportunity. This position can be based in one of our hubs in North America or remote in either the eastern or central time zones.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across international markets to drive awareness, qualified demand, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize the international marketing budget with a strong focus on improving ROI, LTV:CAC, pipeline contribution, and program effectiveness.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team, ensuring clear priorities, strong execution, and ongoing professional growth.
- Determine and execute localization strategies by balancing regional customer needs, competitive dynamics, market opportunity, and expected return on investment.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Channel, SDR, Partner Success, and regional leaders to represent the international perspective in product roadmap, go-to-market, and service-related planning.
- Manage channel marketing plans and funding in collaboration with distributors and resellers, allocating resources toward the highest-performing partner motions.
- Create and execute event strategies that deepen relationships with partners and prospects, generate demand, and support regional pipeline objectives.
- Provide guidance to central marketing teams, including Product Marketing, Social Media, Thought Leadership, Digital Marketing, and Content Marketing, to ensure regional and localization considerations are incorporated into global campaigns.
- Develop compelling multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, organic search, ABM, events, and partner channels that capture attention and convert prospects and customers into qualified hand raisers.
- Work closely with Sales leadership to develop account-based marketing motions targeted at high-whitespace customers and prospects.
- Leverage data, marketing analytics, and campaign performance insights to enable SDRs, Sales, and Partner Success Managers to generate and progress qualified demand.
- Lead digital marketing and organic growth efforts, including content marketing, SEO, website optimization, personalization, and performance reporting.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with demonstrated expertise across channel marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, events, ABM, SEO, content marketing, and campaign performance optimization.
- Experience leading marketing programs in a high-volume B2B SaaS environment, preferably with average selling prices in the $10k-$50k range.
- Proven ability to optimize go-to-market mix and budget allocation with a strong focus on ROI, pipeline contribution, conversion, and LTV:CAC performance.
- Demonstrated experience building, leading, coaching, and developing high-performing marketing teams across local, remote, and cross-functional environments.
- Strong understanding of international marketing, localization, regional customer needs, competitive dynamics, and partner-led go-to-market motions.
- Proven experience managing channel marketing plans and working effectively with distributors, resellers, Sales, SDR, and Partner Success teams.
- Experience developing account-based marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified demand and customer engagement.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, content strategy, website optimization, analytics, personalization, A/B testing, and marketing technology tools.
- Experience spearheading technical or cross-functional projects, gathering business requirements, and influencing stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, creative, and disciplined in doing more with less while staying on budget and meeting ambitious growth goals.
