Description
The Spirit of the Position: The LAZ Call Center Support Team is a group of dedicated customer service representatives providing technical support and answering customer questions over the phone for the Pittsburgh International Airport. Team members assist with on-site and inbound calls, including reservations, tickets, parking information, and cashiering functions as needed. Other related duties may be assigned. Calm and professional under pressure. Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable using parking revenue control systems. Able to work independently or with supervision. Experience: Strong customer service experience required Cash handling experience preferred but not required Parking industry experience preferred but not required Skills: Willingness to be flexible and work at multiple facility locations Ability to handle challenging or emotionally charged situations Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English Confident in making decisions and standing firm when needed Excellent multitasking skills Physical Demands: Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.) Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 10 pounds Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods of time Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting FLSA Status: Non-Exempt | |
