The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Keck School of Medicine of USC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Research Coordinator I to support clinical trials and observational research in Alzheimer's disease, related dementias, and neurodegenerative disorders. Working directly under the supervision of Dr. Lon Schneider, Professor of Psychiatry, Neurology, and Gerontology, the Research Coordinator I will support the day-to-day coordination of study activities, including participant recruitment, regulatory documentation, and data management. The successful candidate will be able to work independently on assigned responsibilities, maintain high-quality study documentation, support ongoing monitoring, and audit readiness, and contribute to improved regulatory and operational processes across the research program. Work Location This position is full-time on-site and employee must report to work at the USC Health Science Campus in Los Angeles, CA when scheduled. Work hours and on-site days may be subject to change depending on business needs. The hourly rate range for this position is $32.45 - $42.48. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree, Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education Minimum Experience: 1 year Minimum Field of Expertise: Administrative or research experience. Working knowledge of MS Office applications. Demonstrated effective communication and writing skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
