About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our fast-paced Product & Design team as a Design Producer. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in navigating complex design challenges, connecting diverse work streams, and ensuring design integrity from concept to implementation. You will clarify project requirements, define design strategy and goals, and facilitate design reviews, directly impacting the successful launch of new features. This is your chance to anticipate needs, expertly handle the 'how,' and empower your team to focus on crafting the 'what,' shaping the user experience for products that touch lives worldwide.

What You'll Do



  • Initiate and manage multiple concurrent design projects across various products and releases, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Drive tight alignment of activities across teams through proactive cross-functional planning and clear communication.
  • Organize and lead design brainstorms and workshops, coordinating and facilitating productive meetings and design discussions.
  • Capture key ideas, decisions, issues, and action items in succinct and clear meeting notes.
  • Track and report project health on a weekly basis, providing status updates and communicating impending or projected results.
  • Anticipate potential challenges and formulate strategic plans to unblock the team and keep projects moving forward.
  • Negotiate priorities for the design team, effectively managing limited resources against aggressive schedules.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships and partnerships, serving as a key representative for the design team.
  • Ensure the timely handoff of design specifications to engineering partners.
  • Review builds to confirm that design integrity has been maintained throughout the implementation process.
  • Continuously improve processes and communications within an ever-changing, fast-paced working environment.


Required Skills & Experience



  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and deliver complex service design initiatives.
  • Proven experience supporting multiple concurrent projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong systems and strategic thinking capabilities, with a creative approach to operational challenges.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to develop and present design ideas effectively in large team environments.
  • A self-starter, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • A natural ability to connect work streams, anticipate decision-making processes, and foster collaborative relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, thriving in dynamic, ambiguous, and deadline-driven environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities with limited oversight.
  • A strong appreciation for the practice and process of design, understanding the multiple disciplines involved in successful product development.
