What to Expect The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on maintenance and/or engineering experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment with expertise in a wide variety of technical subjects. They will also have a strong desire to help build and maintain a world class training program in a dynamic industry-defining organization. This subject matter expert will have a passion for teaching others and achieving excellence through instruction and mentoring programs. What You'll Do Facilitate Instructor-Led Training (ILT), On-the-Job Training (OJT), large-group learning and workshops.
