Title: Operations Manager III

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager III to support security-related business operations, vendor management, procurement, and budget operations. The role will serve as a central intake point for budget and vendor requests and will coordinate across Finance, Sourcing, security, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the central intake point for security-related budget and vendor requests, including logging, triaging, and routing requests.
- Initiate and coordinate required reviews, including TPA, NDA, procurement, and related approval processes.
- Own and maintain budget trackers, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
- Track and reconcile invoices, accruals, budget utilization, and forecasts.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly budget analysis, reporting, and program health updates.
- Monitor budget utilization against organizational strategic initiatives.
- Partner with Finance, Sourcing, security teams, and other internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage vendor contracts throughout the full lifecycle, including renewals, status tracking, onboarding, and sourcing follow-ups.
- Maintain a contract renewal calendar and provide 90-day renewal alerts.
- Track PR/PO activity, invoicing, onboarding, and procurement-related activities.
- Manage vendor onboarding runbooks, quality reviews, issue remediation, and ongoing vendor communications.
- Support intake and ticketing workflows, including request management, tracking, and status updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve budget management and operational processes.
- Support adoption and integration of financial tools and systems while maintaining consistent information across platforms.
- Prepare clear written reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Manage a portfolio of $10M+ in vendor spend, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Work independently and effectively prioritize multiple concurrent workstreams and competing deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing vendor contracts, vendor operations, or procurement processes.
- Strong proficiency with Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Experience with Tableau for budget tracking, reporting, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with PR/PO processes, invoicing, accruals, and financial tracking.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with intake/ticketing workflows and request management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- DSS-4 clearance.
- Background in security or IT vendor management.
- Experience supporting or managing a $10M+ vendor spend portfolio.
- Accounting degree preferred/required.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) certification preferred/required.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise procurement and contract management platforms.
- Familiarity with internal tools such as Buy@, Contracts Hub, and GSD Tasks.
- Experience supporting security, IT, or detective response teams.
- Experience improving operational, procurement, or financial management processes.
