As an intern you will learn the fundamentals of intelligence development and delivery that is required to satisfy business needs. You will get hands-on experience learning how to determine the proper intelligence required, how to develop the intelligence and how to most effectively deliver the product to the business customer on actual departmental requests.

We're looking for students who like working with data and analytics. In this role, you'll help figure out what intelligence our business partners need and then provide it to them using various tools like SQL, EXCEL, and Power BI. You'll also help teach others in the company how to use and understand the data and information.

• Translate Business Needs:Understand what our business partners need and help gather the right data, either on your own or with IT.
• Create Reports:Use tools like Power BI, SQL, Excel, or Cognos to make or improve existing reports.
• Support Projects:Help with important projects that keep our data and reports running smoothly across the company.
• Teach and Innovate:Show our business partners how to use data tools and look for new ways to make our reports and analytics more efficient.

Knowledge and Requirements

• Curious and Analytical:You love asking questions to understand topics better and come up with smart solutions.
• Great Communicator:You can explain complex ideas in simple terms that everyone can understand.
• Tech-Savvy:You're comfortable using tools like EXCEL to work with data - experience with SQL, Power BI or Cognos is a plus.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma required. Ideal internship candidates will be full-time undergraduate college Juniors or Seniors, with the ability to perform at a professional level.
