About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual to be the backbone of our daily IT operations. In this exciting role, you will handle everything from hands-on hardware preparation and inventory control to providing top-tier support for our end users. If you are a proactive problem solver who excels at both the technical and interpersonal sides of IT support, ready to dive in and make a difference from day one, we want to hear from you!

Location: Onsite in Diamond Bar, CA (Monday - Friday)

Schedule: Standard 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM (possible overtime or occasional evening shifts with advance notice)

Responsibilities:



  • Imaging laptops and tablets
  • Assisting with miscellaneous tasks such as receiving equipment, inventory management, and IT storage cleanup
  • Following direction from the IT Support Supervisor in executing day-to-day responsibilities
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service for end users (both technical and soft skills)
  • Escalating issues to the appropriate IT teams as needed
  • Documenting all incoming issues and routing them to the correct support teams


Qualifications:



  • CompTIA A+ certification preferred, or 0-2 years of equivalent technical experience
  • Recent graduates or early-career candidates looking to build IT experience are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills
  • Call center/phone support experience is a plus
