Job Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, performance, safety, quality, and efficiency of the warehouse. This position provides leadership to warehouse supervisors and assigned employees across receiving, inventory control, kitting, picking, packing, and shipping. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for staffing, productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, employee development, process improvement, and compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable customer requirements. Essential Responsibilities * Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and efficiently. * Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and assigned warehouse employees. * Establish priorities, allocate resources, and maintain appropriate staffing levels based on operational needs. * Monitor productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and other key performance indicators and take corrective action as needed. * Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, training, and development. * Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and selection of warehouse personnel. * Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, quality management systems, and customer requirements. * Promote a safe, clean, organized, and productive work environment. | |
