SUMMARY Under the general supervision of the department leadership, the Program Specialist coordinates the day-to-day operations of workforce development's youth employment programs across Johns Hopkins Medicine and serves as a central point of contact for students, supervisors, internal departments, and community partners, ensuring efficient program operations, accurate data management, and a high-quality experience for all participants. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with data tracking and reporting, and the ability to manage multiple workflows and stakeholders simultaneously. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience. One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience, or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
