As a Security Officer Full Time Access Request Review in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer in a technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will help manage entry points, monitor access activity, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Using computer or tablet systems, you will document incidents, communicate professionally, and remain visible to help deter security-related concerns. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, registering visitors, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining accurate entry and exit records.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points, doors, and related systems to help identify unauthorized entry attempts or irregular activity, and document observations in required reports.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
