About the Team
The Brand Creative Studio is an in-house team of strategists, creatives, designers, producers, and program managers who develop culturally relevant and commercially impactful creative programs that delight audiences, strengthen the brand, and deliver meaningful business results. The team creates brand marketing that is as entertaining as the company's content, developing programs across audiences, objectives, formats, styles, and scales. The studio also brings creativity to brand partnerships, collaborating across the organization to build stronger connections with audiences and advertisers.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and hands-on Manager, Brand Creative (Copywriter) to craft unexpected, entertaining, and culturally relevant copy that helps shape the next era of the brand. The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller with exceptional writing skills and the ability to translate a high-level creative platform into a flexible, modular messaging system. You should love crafting the perfect sentence, understand how language can build brand love, and be inspired by creativity and culture across categories. This role will write across a wide range of brand marketing and communications initiatives, partnering with creative, strategy, social, advertising, product marketing, title marketing, communications, and marketing operations teams.
What You'll Do
- Develop copy for a broad range of campaigns across brand marketing and communications, including performance marketing, advertising, social, internal communications, and more.
- Write headlines, social captions, taglines, long-form copy, and other campaign messaging across multiple channels and formats.
- Develop integrated messaging systems, toolkits, and examples that enable global teams and copywriters to effectively extend campaigns within their markets.
- Create clear copy guidelines that establish voice, tone, messaging principles, and campaign expression across regions.
- Partner with the Brand Creative Studio Design team to maintain a consistent and distinctive brand voice across marketing communications.
- Collaborate with Brand Creative Studio Strategy to bring creative life to marketing briefs while ensuring business goals, strategic considerations, and success measures are addressed.
- Communicate and implement the brand promise and positioning globally through established and evolving creative frameworks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Social, Advertising Marketing, Product Marketing, Title Marketing, Communications, and Marketing Operations.
- Align teams around central narratives, creative platforms, and go-to-market strategies.
- Contribute hands-on to creative development and production, from early concepts through final execution.
- Champion creative ideas that strengthen brand love and create meaningful connections with audiences.
- Help demonstrate the impact that consistent, compelling brand expression can have across the broader business.
What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years of experience as a copywriter within creative brand marketing.
- Experience working with high-growth, global consumer, entertainment, and/or technology brands known for compelling, culturally relevant creativity.
- Extensive experience developing creative messaging and maintaining a defined brand voice across multiple media types, including AV, static, social, events, internal communications, and other formats.
- Background spanning in-house, agency, and/or consultancy environments.
- Production experience required.
- Hands-on experience writing and/or art directing large-scale global campaigns.
- Experience translating creative platforms into integrated messaging systems and campaign toolkits.
- Comfortable working across a range of vendors, production models, and budgets-from agency-led 360 campaigns to smaller, highly collaborative in-house projects.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to ensure creative work is grounded in business priorities.
- Experience managing global, cross-functional projects from concept through completion.
- Excellent communication skills, creative judgment, and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
- Strong bias toward action with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and personally drive work forward.

- Deep passion for pop culture and an appreciation for creativity across categories.
- Ability to work from Los Angeles offices in a hybrid environment.
