WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview): The Digital Marketing + Engagement team is seeking an experienced Digital Content Producer to create compelling, performance-driven content across the organization's most impactful digital channels. This role supports donor recruitment and retention, digital product communications, and marketing initiatives by developing customer-facing content across email, SMS, RedCrossBlood.org, the Blood Donor App, and other digital platforms. The Digital Content Producer develops strategic, channel-specific messaging that inspires action, strengthens the donor experience, supports product adoption, and advances the American Red Cross' lifesaving mission. The Digital Content Producer reports to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing & Experience and partners closely with digital marketers, web specialists, UX designers, and business stakeholders to develop content that is engaging, data-informed, and aligned with organizational goals. Beyond exceptional writing and editing skills, the ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative mindset using audience insights, campaign performance, and cross-functional feedback to continually improve digital content and contribute to the success of integrated marketing campaigns. This role requires a writer who is equally comfortable developing high-impact acquisition campaigns, supporting digital product experiences, and managing ongoing content operations. The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities simultaneously, and produces polished, accurate content across a wide range of digital channels while maintaining the American Red Cross brand voice and editorial standards. PAY INFORMATION:The annual salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000. We do not offer an annual bonus for this role. Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. **We will review specific salary information at the time of phone screening based upon your location & experience.** BENEFITS FOR YOU: As a mission-based organization, we believe our team needs great support to do great work.
