Position Summary: The CFO NA is a key member of the NA Executive Leadership Team and serves as the finance leader responsible for the company's financial health, growth, profitability, and long-term value creation. The CFO NA will partner closely with the NA CEO, the Group CFO, and other senior business leaders to drive sustainable growth, profitability, cash generation, operational excellence, and informed decision-making. This is a highly strategic and commercially oriented leadership role. In addition to providing financial stewardship and ensuring strong governance and controls, the CFO NA will help shape business strategy, allocate resources, improve business performance, and identify the financial and operational levers that can accelerate profitable growth. The CFO NA will lead the North American finance organization and oversee financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, commercial finance, pricing, client and project profitability, business intelligence, financial controls and compliance. The role also has responsibility for the North American procurement function and real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will combine strong technical finance expertise with commercial judgment, operational engagement, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence senior leaders and drive meaningful change. In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $310,000 to $340,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
