What to Expect
The Logistics & Storage Project Manager owns end-to-end receipt, verification, and put-away of semiconductor manufacturing tools, subsystems, and related materials. You ensure high-value, ESD- and contamination-sensitive shipments are processed accurately, on time, and in line with customer, OEM, and site quality requirements.

What You'll Do
  • Plan and coordinate inbound shipments (ocean, air, truck, courier) for semiconductor tools, modules, spares, and consumables; schedule dock appointments and prioritize urgent/installation-critical freight
  • Oversee unloading, inspection, piece-count, and damage checks for crated and heavy equipment, including verification of serial numbers, part numbers, revision levels, and configurations against POs and packing docs
  • Enforce ESD, clean packaging, and handling protocols for tools and sensitive components
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and 3PLs to manage delays, holds, and claims
  • Manage holds for damaged, incomplete, or nonconforming receipts; drive RMA and claim packages with supporting photos and documentation
  • Maintain chain-of-custody for high-value assets and support cycle counts and inventory accuracy
  • Partner cross-functionally with Tooling, Facilities, Planning, Purchasing, and Quality to optimize dock-to-stock and dock-to-install flow

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years warehouse/logistics experience, preferably inbound coordination or receiving
  • Experience with high-value, fragile, or regulated freight (capital equipment, industrial machinery, or electronics preferred)
  • Strong documentation skills: packing lists, BOLs, ASNs, customs paperwork
  • Ability to read packing configurations, crate markings, and multi-line tool BOMs
  • Clear written and verbal communication with carriers, brokers, and internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven warehouse environment
  • Degree in supply chain/logistics, or equivalent experience
