Description

    Receiving incoming material
  • Counting package quantities and comparing them to packing slips
  • Organizing material in warehouse
  • Consolidating material as needed and stacking material onto pallets
  • Processing issue and shipping documents
  • Utilizing CMPRO and Dynamics NAV
  • Maintaining and tracking material and part requirements to ensure continued support of deployed systems and/or products
  • Performing kitting function for production and cable fabrication
  • Placing specific items into separate packages following parts list derived from drawings
  • Pulling material for shipments, cable kitting, and/or production
  • Maintaining inventory required by engineering drawings
  • Coordinating with production for restocking of any unused material
  • Providing status accounting to the customer and assures that material is on hand prior to work being accomplished
  • Reporting any discrepancies to the buyers and/or management
  • Performing on-going cycle counts
  • Delivering and/or pick-up equipment from different sites using company vehicle
  • Conducting Material Receipt Report (MRRs)

Requirements

  • Experience with shipping and receiving processes and data entry
  • Minimum four years of experience with inventory control and organizational skills
  • Be able to accurately and efficiently process incoming material and record the results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel to develop, modify, and use spreadsheets to manage and track the storage and transfer of equipment and materials
  • Working knowledge of MS Access or ERP databases
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, walk long distances, climb inclines, ladders and stairs, and push/pull pallet jacks and/or rolling carts
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Work location is on-site 5 days a week

Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
