Specialist, Finance Enablement Reports to: Director, Finance Enablement Location:US - hybrid working with proximity to Crystal Lake/Chicago preferred Travel: yes - amount of travel dependent on home location The Finance Enablement team exists to drive the advancement of the global Finance organization at Aptar through improvements in processes, technologies and capabilities. The Specialist, Finance Enablement will act as a catalyst for change across the global finance community. This role is responsible for identifying pain points, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and manual activities across finance processes and helping design, test, and implement innovative solutions that improve effectiveness, standardization, automation, and user experience. This is not a traditional finance role. We are looking for someone who thrives when faced with a blank page, enjoys challenging the status quo, and is energized by emerging technologies, particularly AI. The successful candidate will continuously bring external ideas and best practices into the organization, experiment with new approaches, and help translate innovation into practical business impact. The ideal candidate is naturally curious and highly driven, technology-forward, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. Additionally, the Specialist, Finance Enablement will collaborate with other teams to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for global Finance colleagues. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
