The Rooms Division Manager in Training (MIT) program is designed to develop future hotel leaders through hands-on operational experience and leadership development within all areas of the Rooms Division. In this role, you will rotate through Front Office, Housekeeping, FERA Connect, Laundry, and other operational departments while gaining exposure to financial management, service excellence, strategic planning, and team leadership. You'll warmly welcome our guests and provide exceptional service throughout their stay. You and the team are dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction by crafting remarkable and seamless experiences from the moment guests arrive.
