JOB SUMMARY

Supports recruiting efforts by sourcing, screening, and identifying qualified candidates to meet organizational hiring needs. Partners with hiring managers to understand role requirements and helps ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • A working knowledge of human resource practices at a level normally acquired through completion of a four-year degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Assist with recruitment activities for assigned positions, including posting jobs, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, and supporting the hiring process.
  • Source candidates through job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
  • Support talent pipeline development by identifying and engaging potential candidates for current and future ring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews and related recruiting activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist with pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives, including career fairs, community events, and other talent attraction efforts.
  • Maintain recruiting reports, applicant tracking system records, and other recruitment-related documentation.
  • Assist with campus recruiting and internship programs by coordinating events, communicating with candidates, and supporting recruiting activities.
  • Work with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and facilitate the recruitment process.
  • Ensure candidate records and recruitment activities are accurately maintained and comply with established policies and procedures.
  • Build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to support recruiting efforts.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for talent acquisition projects, programs, and recruitment initiatives as needed.


KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking software (ATS), HRIS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other recruiting technologies
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Salary: $57,170 - $71,460
  • Annual short-term incentive bonus of up to 10% of eligible wages based on eligibility and company goal achievement.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION


  • Background check, MVR and drug screen are required.
  • Required to maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Requires minimal travel (up to 10%) including in-state and out-of-state by car and/or plane with overnight stays.
