Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join the Inpatient Gastroenterology (GI) Service as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)! Are you passionate about caring for medically complex patients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional inpatient care? Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Inpatient Gastroenterology (GI) Service. Role Overview: In this role, you will provide comprehensive inpatient consultative care to adult oncology patients with a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions and treatment-related complications. This role will also requires rotations to support patients requiring parenteral nutrition. Working in close partnership with GI physicians, hospitalists, surgeons, oncologists, and multidisciplinary teams, you will evaluate, diagnose, and help manage patients requiring specialized gastroenterology consultation across the hospital. This position offers the opportunity to care for patients with complex gastrointestinal disorders, including complications related to cancer, immunotherapy, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and stem cell transplantation. You will participate in daily consult rounds, coordinate care across services, assist with diagnostic workups, and help optimize patients for endoscopic procedures while ensuring seamless communication with the primary teams. As a member of MSK's nationally recognized Gastroenterology Service, you will work alongside faculty of the Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition Service to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to one of the country's most complex patient populations.
