What you will be doing:

* Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils.

* Organize clean dishes, unload, stack, and store them in designated areas.

* Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks.

* Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transporting soiled ware to designated areas.

* Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement.

* Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipating event order needs and performing additional assigned duties.

What we are looking for:

* Ability to tolerate varied working conditions.

* Must be able to change activities quickly.

* Availability to work between 3 p.m. and 12 a.m. start times vary between 3 and 4 p.m.

* Prior hospitality, cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
