Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Londonderry, NH
Employment: Temp to Perm (12 months)
Industry: Aerospace and Defense
Compensation: $ 26.00/hour
Schedule: 40 hours /week

What You'll Do:
  • Support manufacturing operations, including equipment setup and calibration, rework, quality testing, and production activities.
  • Use manufacturing programs and operating data to monitor processes and make appropriate adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
  • Partner with engineers to conduct experiments, troubleshoot straightforward production issues, and identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Follow established procedures and quality standards while helping achieve operational targets within the assigned work area.
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to share information, resolve routine issues, and escalate more complex problems when needed.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4+ years of experience in operating computers.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Associates Degree
  • Ability to read and follow instructions
  • More High-Tech skills/Electronic Manufacturing experience.
  • This is an assembly troubleshooting role.
  • Good communication skills
  • Problem Solving
  • Teamwork
  • Strong Attention to detail.
