APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Identify marketing and communication needs based on business objectives and develop compelling campaign themes, messaging, and strategies. Lead marketing and communication projects from concept through execution, ensuring programs are delivered on time and aligned with business goals. Evaluate campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations to improve future initiatives. Contribute to campaign budget development and management while coordinating cross-functional project teams and resources. Ensure marketing activities align with risk, regulatory, compliance, and internal control standards while fostering an inclusive environment that reflects the organization's brand and values. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree. Minimum 4 years of experience in managing marketing campaigns in a client or agency environment. Minimum 4 years of experience in the financial domain, preferably Consumer Lending. Minimum 4 years of experience in Previous end to end Campaign Execution, primarily Email Campaigns.
