APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Coordinate production team activities to meet production plans, operational targets, quality standards, and established processes. Oversee the movement of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility to support uninterrupted production. Monitor material availability, inventory locations, and staging requirements to help prevent shortages, delays, and workflow disruptions. Serve as a key point of contact for employee questions and concerns within the assigned production area, escalating issues when needed. Encourage continuous improvement by supporting team members in using established improvement tools and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and production flow. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of experience in managing flow of raw materials, monitor material availability and staging needs to prevent shortages and productions delays.
