Location: Malabar, FL
Employment: Temp to Perm (12 months)
Industry: Aerospace and Defense
Compensation: $25.00/hr.
Schedule: 4/10 hours/week - (1 st shift)

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate production team activities to meet production plans, operational targets, quality standards, and established processes.
  • Oversee the movement of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility to support uninterrupted production.
  • Monitor material availability, inventory locations, and staging requirements to help prevent shortages, delays, and workflow disruptions.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employee questions and concerns within the assigned production area, escalating issues when needed.
  • Encourage continuous improvement by supporting team members in using established improvement tools and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and production flow.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing flow of raw materials, monitor material availability and staging needs to prevent shortages and productions delays.
