As a Manufacturing Safety Technician, you'll be a visible and trusted safety partner at our Sioux Center manufacturing facility. You'll work alongside plant leadership and team members to identify hazards, strengthen safe work practices, and help everyone go home safe. What success looks like You'll help teams recognize risks before incidents occur, understand the "why" behind safety expectations, and take practical steps to work safely. Your visibility, communication, and follow-through will help strengthen the facility's safety culture. Work environment This role involves regular standing, walking, sitting, talking, and hearing. You may occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift or move up to 50 pounds. The manufacturing environment may include moving machinery, chemicals, welding operations, outdoor conditions, and electrical hazards.
