Pay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule:Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting highly preferred; Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or financial analysis experience.
- Experience managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Hands-on experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
- Experience using QuickBooks required; ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Sage, Oracle, or similar preferred.
- Manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, and variance analysis experience highly preferred.

Physical Capabilities
- Ability to sit, type, and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to review detailed financial records, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Occasionally lift and carry office materials up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office and manufacturing support environment.
Job Duties
- Reconcile bank statements, fixed assets, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare journal entries, financial reports, and account reconciliations while researching and resolving discrepancies.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Process customer payments, maintain A/R records, monitor outstanding balances, and support collections efforts.
- Review, code, and process vendor invoices while resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies.
- Maintain A/P and A/R subledgers and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Perform cost accounting activities, manufacturing variance analysis, and financial data review.
- Maintain company financial records and support internal audits.
- Complete accounting projects and other duties as assigned by management.
