Are you a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain professional who excels at supplier negotiations and cost-saving initiatives? We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to help drive sourcing strategies, strengthen supplier relationships, and support procurement operations that contribute to business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Source materials, goods, and services while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery expectations are met
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and identify alternative sourcing options when needed
• Request, analyze, and compare supplier quotations to support purchasing decisions
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, quantities, and delivery schedules
• Support inventory optimization initiatives and strategic procurement planning
• Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and legal teams to develop and review supplier contracts
• Maintain accurate supplier records, sourcing data, and procurement documentation
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend sourcing process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-4 years of sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience
• Proven experience managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations
• Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies and procurement best practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
