LOCATION: Hospitality House - 1002 N. Main Ave., Tucson, AZ

STATUS: 40 Hours Full Time/Temporary - Employment available through December

  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs

RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Review Christmas Assistance registration applications for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility requirements.
  • Guide and support applicants in gathering required information and supporting documentation.
  • Provide supportive assistance to individuals and families throughout the Angel Tree application and registration process.
  • Assist applicants with completing Angel Tree applications accurately and completely, including providing clarification regarding required information.
  • Perform high-volume data entry for Christmas Assistance applications and Adopt-a-Family program registrations, ensuring information is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Respond to telephone inquiries regarding Christmas Assistance programs; provide information regarding program requirements, required documentation, and registration procedures, and schedule appointments as needed for individuals unable to complete online registration.
  • Compile and maintain statistical and program data necessary to support planning and distribution of Christmas toys and assistance.
  • Assist with Adopt-a-Family sponsor registration, including gathering and verifying required sponsor information.
  • Assist with collecting and documenting toy wish lists and requested items from eligible applicants.
  • Provide support at remote distribution locations, including client check-in, database verification, and cross-checking records to identify duplicate holiday assistance.
  • Assist with coordinating sponsor donations and set up delivery of donated items to designated recipients, as needed.
  • Assist with post-program donor communication, including follow-up correspondence and preparation of thank-you letters upon completion of the Christmas Assistance season.
  • Perform other duties related to Christmas Assistance, Angel Tree, and Adopt-a-Family programs as assigned.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
