This is a part-time opportunity with an opportunity for growth and added to full-time opportunities where and when available Your Mission As an Executive Protection Agent, you will be a critical component of our executive protection and emergency response framework. You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include: Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service. Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client's office suite. Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity. Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership. Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage. Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority. Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests. Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems. Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations. What You Bring Experience Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST). Certifications & Credentials: Valid Guard Card & Firearm Permit (concealed and/or exposed) TX Level III and IV licenses U.S. Passport & Driver's License American Heart Association BLS Provider OR HeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid Certification Completion of Residential Security or Executive Protection Academy Background Investigation & Drug Screening Passing a pre-employment Physical Readiness Test (PRT) Skills & Attributes: Strong situational awareness and tactical mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism Familiarity with residential security technologies and protocols Preferred Qualifications Prior military or law enforcement experience Specialized training in emergency medicine, crisis management, or surveillance Experience with estate management systems and smart home security platforms Elite Benefits Competitive 401(k) with employer match Join the Mission At Crisis24 - PSG, you are more than a security agent-you are a trusted guardian of home and family.
