About the Role
Crisis24 is seeking a Senior Manager, Intelligence to lead and strengthen embedded intelligence programs supporting complex, global clients. This senior leadership role combines solution design, intelligence expertise, client advisory, operational oversight, program development, and people leadership.
The Senior Manager will work closely with clients and internal leadership to design and mature intelligence programs, ensure high-quality delivery, identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and develop managers and analysts. The role will also provide senior subject matter expertise across intelligence operations, GSOCs, risk intelligence, and critical event management.
What You Will Do
- Lead the design, scoping, and evolution of embedded intelligence programs, translating client requirements into operating models, staffing plans, deliverables, governance, SLAs, KPIs, and implementation plans.
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, and EIS leadership on client proposals, RFPs, renewals, expansion opportunities, and new solution development
- Serve as a senior client advisor, building relationships with decision-makers, understanding evolving needs, addressing program risks, and identifying opportunities for retention and expansion
- Oversee the quality and performance of intelligence programs, ensuring products and services meet client requirements, SLAs, KPIs, and Crisis24 standards.
- Provide senior expertise across intelligence analysis, GSOC operations, protective intelligence, risk intelligence, and critical event management.
- Guide managers and analysts in OSINT collection, analysis, geopolitical monitoring, and the production of timely, actionable intelligence for decision-makers.
- Analyze program and production metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve client programs and operational performance
- Identify and implement process, service, technology, and AI-enabled improvements, ensuring appropriate governance, quality assurance, training, and human oversight.
- Lead, coach, and develop managers and analysts, with a focus on performance, engagement, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Establish and improve intelligence standards, SOPs, processes, and best practices across embedded programs.
- Represent Crisis24 and EIS with clients, professional associations, industry forums, presentations, and other external engagements.
What You Will Bring
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, enterprise risk management, security, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading intelligence teams and complex client programs.
- Strong intelligence research, analytical, writing, briefing, and presentation skills.
- Experience with client-facing program leadership, solution design, program scoping, and senior stakeholder management.
- Strong knowledge of risk intelligence, intelligence-led operations, and critical event management.
- Experience managing managers and analysts, including coaching, performance management, team development, and succession planning.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex priorities, make sound decisions, and operate with a high degree of independence.
- Experience using program metrics and client-health indicators to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with technology- and AI-enabled intelligence workflows, including appropriate governance and human oversight.
Preferred Qualifications
- Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) leadership or subject matter expertise.
- Experience designing, developing, or managing GSOCs and supporting RFPs or client proposals.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance intelligence analysis, production, and operational efficiency.
- Foreign language proficiency and international travel experience.
- Experience with Power BI, Google Earth/Maps, and Microsoft Office.
- Project or risk management certification such as PMP, CPP, or equivalent.

Additional Information: This is a hybrid position based in Annapolis, Maryland, with an expectation of three days per week in the office. Travel to client locations may be required, and occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary based on business needs.
