Part-Time STGiis recruiting for an Occupational Medicine Physician - Reviewing Medical Officer (RMO) for the Law Enforcement and Surveillance Case Review Program for Federal Occupational Health Services (FOH) in Rockville, MD and/or Nationwide/Remote. Job Specific Duties and Responsibilities: The Reviewing Medical Officer (RMO) in the Law Enforcement and Surveillance (LE-S) Case Review Program evaluates cases for federal agencies seeking medical clearance for safety-sensitive positions, such as federal law enforcement officers and firefighters, as well as for surveillance related to occupational exposures. The LE-S RMOs also review and provide recommendations for other types of occupational medicine evaluations related to LE-S. In addition to conducting case reviews, the RMO provides expert medical consultation on law enforcement and surveillance programs for federal employees. While the RMO works independently, they also collaborate with team members, offering consultation and training to ensure high-quality reviews and exceptional customer service.
