The Senior Sales Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training and readiness programs for Medica's direct-to-consumer National Sales Team, supporting Medicare, Medicaid, and Individual & Family Business (IFB) products. This role serves as a strategic partner to sales leadership, ensuring representatives are informed, trained, and prepared to succeed in a highly regulated and rapidly evolving environment. The Senior Sales Trainer leads key initiatives including new employee onboarding, open enrollment readiness, ongoing professional development, and implementation of product, system, regulatory, and process updates. By assessing business needs and translating complex information into engaging learning experiences, this individual equips the sales team with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to deliver exceptional service to consumers and business partners. The ideal candidate is a proactive, collaborative professional who stays ahead of industry trends, monitors regulatory and product changes, and identifies opportunities to strengthen team performance. Acting as the connector between sales, operations, product, compliance, and other business partners, this person plays a critical role in keeping the team aligned, informed, and ready to sell. This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite at our Minnetonka, MN office, on average, 3 days per week. The full salary grade for this position is $62,700 - $107,500. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $62,700 - $94,080. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
