Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Director in its Power Delivery Market. The Director of Power Delivery will be joining a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals and must possess excellent internal and external communication skills. The Director is responsible for ensuring the overall success of clients under their management and executing on the market's strategic plan. Specifically the Director will be accountable for managing a successful team of project managers, fostering and building a network of client relationships, developing strategic business ideas, managing the financial performance of their client portfolios, and driving expansion into new business territories. Team Management: Leads a team of project managers in building successful client relationships while providing mentorship, coaching and career growth planning.
Client Relationships & Project Management: As a Director, a deep understanding and proficiency in project management and building client relationships is essential to the job. The role requires project performance oversight for all clients and projects, and the ability to communicate corrective measures if required.
Account Management and New Business Development: A Director is responsible for clients within their region and executing the strategic plan for building the business. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
