  • Plan and conduct external engagements with mission partners, technical organizations, industry, and other stakeholders to advance operational objectives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions, working groups, operational reviews, and senior leader engagements to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Develop concise operational assessments, briefings, decision-support products, and recommendations that clearly articulate options, risks, dependencies, authorities, and resource requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • 20+ years experience within the DoW, Intelligence Community, Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Service components, special operations organizations, law enforcement, or other national security organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in operational integration, operational planning, mission coordination, or campaign planning.

  • Strong understanding of operational planning processes, authorities, command relationships, mission dependencies, and risk considerations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing senior-level briefings and decision-support products.
  • Ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment in high-tempo, ambiguous, and sensitive mission environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting Joint or interagency planning processes, operational design, campaign planning, or mission analysis.
  • Experience coordinating activities that span military, intelligence, interagency, law enforcement, and commercial partners.
  • Experience developing or integrating emerging operational, intelligence, cyber, data, or technical capabilities.
  • Experience working with private-sector technology companies, research organizations, or non-traditional mission partners.
  • Experience facilitating senior-level planning sessions, operational working groups, or cross-functional mission teams.
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, national security, international relations, public policy, economics, or a related field; equivalent commercial, government, military, or technical experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Clearance Requirements: Current TS/SCI clearance required.
