Pharmacist Supervisor
Overview Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking research focused on cancer and infectious diseases. Based in Seattle, Fred Hutch is the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center in Washington.

The Retail Pharmacy Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight of the retail pharmacy and distribution staff to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant medication services. This role provides direct supervision of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support personnel while maintaining optimal workflow, staffing, inventory management, regulatory compliance, and customer service. The Supervisor serves as a clinical and operational leader, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and actively supports continuous quality improvement initiatives. This is a full time role working Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm on-site at our South Lake Union Campus. Responsibilities

Pre Employment Drug Screening: As a condition of employment Fred Hutch conducts pre-employment drug testing for this pharmacy role. All offers of employment in the pharmacy department are conditional on the applicant successfully completing and passing a drug test in accordance with the Fred Hutch policy. The annual base salary range for this position is from $172,911.00 to $288,142.00, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
This is a full time role working Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm on-site at our South Lake Union Campus.
