Aquent is seeking a visionary Senior Merchandising Manager to step into a pivotal role, leading the Kids Apparel Sport product merchandising strategy. What You Will Do



  • Lead and develop a merchandising team of four, acting as the go-to expert for the category.
  • Drive the product merchandising strategy for Kids Apparel Sport, setting the vision and direction.
  • Partner daily with Product, Planning, and Marketplace teams to align assortment, flow, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and champion a clear vision for kids apparel, influencing key stakeholders.
  • Translate marketplace insights into strategic assortment decisions for the North America region.
  • Present compelling recommendations to cross-functional partners and leadership, guiding critical business choices.


What You Bring



  • 8+ years of merchandising experience, with a strong preference for apparel.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven people leadership and team management experience (required).
  • Strong command of the North America marketplace dynamics.
  • Fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote, coupled with polished presentation and communication skills.


Nice to Have



  • Background in kids apparel and/or sports/athletic apparel.
  • Account-facing experience.
  • Exposure to product creation processes.
  • Prior experience with a large global athletic brand.
