Partner with the best As anARMO Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining trucks, ships, and related equipment in accordance with operational and safety standards. You will work closely with operations, maintenance, and field teams to ensure equipment reliability, support refurbishment activities, and contribute to efficient service delivery. You will play a critical role in maintaining equipment readiness, supporting preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring operational assets remain safe, functional, and compliant with company standards. As an ARMO Technician, you will be responsible for: * Maintaining assigned trucks, ships, and related equipment in accordance with operating specifications and maintenance requirements. * Conducting routine welding, painting, and refurbishment activities to support equipment reliability and appearance. * Performing mechanical inspections to identify equipment issues and maintenance needs. * Utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems. * Supporting preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime. * Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation. * Ensuring compliance with company safety standards, policies, and operational procedures. * Collaborating with operations and maintenance teams to prioritize equipment repairs and maintenance activities. * Supporting special projects and additional operational initiatives as assigned. * Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes and equipment performance. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: * Have a High School Diploma, GED, Technical Diploma, or equivalent experience. * Have experience performing equipment maintenance, mechanical repairs, or related technical work. * Demonstrate knowledge of mechanical systems, inspection techniques, and maintenance practices. * Have experience using diagnostic equipment to identify and troubleshoot equipment issues. * Possess welding, painting, and equipment refurbishment experience. * Demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Have the ability to interpret maintenance instructions, technical documents, and operating procedures. * Possess strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. * Be capable of working in a fast-paced operational environment while managing multiple priorities. * Have effective verbal and written communication skills. * Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
