Description
The spirit of the position: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shuttle Dispatcher to oversee the routing and coordination of shuttle services. The Shuttle Dispatcher will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely transport for passengers, monitoring shuttle movements, providing and monitoring shuttle driver break time and maintaining clear communication with both drivers and supervisors. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, strong multitasking skills, and a commitment to providing safe and reliable transportation services. Requirements: - Experience: Previous experience as a dispatcher, preferably in transportation or logistics. - Must meet required speaking and listening skills assessment level - Skills:
Qualifications: - Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards. Working Conditions: - Fast-paced, often requiring quick decisions and adjustments to schedules. - Regular shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays (Flex schedule.) Physical Demands:
