Location: Haslet, TX

Pay Rate: $16.50 - $18.25 per hour

Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM Monday - Friday | Overtime on Saturdays as needed

Job Duties

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
• Foster a positive, accountable team culture focused on safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Support customers and internal teams by resolving order, shipping, and inventory issues promptly and professionally.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and operational skills.
• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks while driving workflow and accuracy improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Track and report key performance metrics, using data insights to drive decisions and enhance efficiency.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Experience leading warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and workplace safety practices.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, or related business systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience within a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
• Experience managing inventory accuracy, shipping operations, receiving activities, and employee performance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, OSHA regulations, or supply chain best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate leadership, accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to operational excellence are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Coordinator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
• Ability to inspect warehouse operations and respond to operational needs throughout the facility.
