Marketing Project Manager
Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to support a high-growth consumer lifestyle brand. This person will lead the planning and execution of creative campaigns, product launches, packaging initiatives, and go-to-market deliverables within a highly collaborative, product-focused environment. The ideal candidate understands how creative work moves from concept through production and launch. You will work closely with a broad network of internal and external partners across brand, design, packaging, product/color, photo, video, copy, production, sales, supply chain, and channel marketing to keep priorities clear, timelines on track, and assets delivered successfully.

Our Ideal Candidate
4-6+ years of project-management experience within creative operations, brand marketing, CPG, consumer products, outdoor, lifestyle, or a related product-driven industry
Demonstrated experience managing creative campaigns, product launches, packaging, photoshoots, content production, and/or brand-design workflows
Strong understanding of creative and production processes, including workback schedules, milestones, approvals, handoffs, asset delivery, and launch readiness
Proficient with project-management platforms; ClickUp experience is strongly preferred
Familiarity with digital asset-management tools, such as Air or similar platforms
Skilled at managing numerous concurrent projects, competing priorities, and a high volume of cross-functional stakeholders
Comfortable facilitating standups, project reviews, stakeholder updates, and risk discussions
Able to identify bottlenecks, resolve issues proactively, and escalate risks when needed
Experience in a creative agency environment is highly valued, though candidates with equivalent in-house brand or creative-team experience are encouraged to apply
Strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organization, and close attention to detail
Collaborative, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Job Description
In this role, you will own the end-to-end project lifecycle for marketing and creative initiatives supporting a consumer brand. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver campaigns, product launches, packaging, content, and other brand-building work from early concept through execution. Key responsibilities include:
Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, workback schedules, and stakeholder communications in ClickUp
Coordinate creative workflows across design, packaging, product, photo, video, copy, production, brand, and channel-marketing teams
Lead recurring project meetings, including standups, sprint reviews, status updates, and cross-functional planning sessions
Track deliverables, dependencies, resource needs, approvals, and production handoffs to ensure projects remain on schedule
Partner with sales, supply chain, and other go-to-market stakeholders to support launch readiness and execution
Identify risks, surface bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and escalate issues proactively
Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, dashboards, templates, and asset linkage within project-management and asset-management systems
Recommend and implement process improvements that increase visibility, efficiency, and consistency across the creative organization
Support a collaborative creative ecosystem of approximately 100 internal and external partners while working as part of a dedicated project-management team
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered
Background in creative operations, marketing project management, brand marketing, CPG, consumer products, or production
Experience supporting tangible product launches and physical creative outputs, including packaging, product samples, color, photography, and campaign assets, is strongly preferred
PMP or other project-management certification is preferred but not required
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced, or multi-brand environment is a plus.
The salary for this position ranges from $130K - $167K.
