We are seeking an experienced Regional Scheduling Lead to lead the AMER planning team within EPC Project Controls. This role is accountable for the integrity of the Plan of Record and Integrated Master Schedules across the Americas datacenter delivery portfolio, and for the planners - employees and vendor partners - who develop and maintain them. The AMER portfolio is among the largest in the company: multi-disciplinary, capital-intensive, multi-year build, expansion and lease programs across many markets and regulatory environments. Acting as the regional authority on planning strategy and schedule development, the successful candidate will champion industry-leading scheduling practices, ensuring schedules across the region are developed using sound Critical Path Methodology, bottom-up planning principles, schedule quality standards, and risk-informed decision-making.This is a people-leadership role first: you will size, develop and hold the bar for a regional team, while acting as the single voice of schedule truth to regional and global leadership. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
