Overview
Microsoft.com is evolving from a content publishing channel into an AI-powered decision platform and growth engine. We are looking for a Director of Growth Strategy, Operations & Experimentation to shape the strategy and operating model for priority commercial web experiences, translate business goals and customer insights into a focused portfolio roadmap, and use data, personalization, AI-assisted experiences, and experimentation to improve customer journeys and drive measurable business impact. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for portfolio strategy, annual and quarterly planning, investment and resource prioritization, business operations, and the validation of high-impact growth opportunities across Microsoft.com. You will partner with product marketing, engineering, design, analytics, finance, and business teams to develop business cases, align decisions, manage dependencies, and scale proven approaches. This role sits at the intersection of customer intent, business strategy, operations, analytics, and experimentation. This is a cross-functional leadership role with responsibility for a defined portfolio of priority customer journeys. You will bring structure to ambiguous business problems, establish clear decision rights and operating rhythms, align stakeholders around priorities and success measures, and ensure that strategy translates into coordinated execution. #E&E Integrated Marketing M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
