The OEM HP and HPE partner marketing team (WDS / Commercial Device & Solution Sales - CDSS Partner Marketing) drives Microsoft's marketing and business partnership with HP, one of Microsoft's largest device OEM partners and HPE, key Window Server and Azure partner. The team lands joint Windows, Microsoft 365, Game Pass and commercial device marketing programs with HP worldwide, manages the investment and incentive vehicles (IPEs) that fund that activity, and ensures partner-facing execution meets Microsoft compliance and contractual requirements. As well as with HPE for Windows Server and Azure Local solutions. As the Business Program Manager, OEM Partner Marketing, you will lead the operational execution of HP marketing investments, ensuring programs are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and at scale. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Investment Program Executions (IPEs) and amendments, coordinating drafting, legal/CELA review, operations submission, and signature processes. You will manage licensing and waiver intake requests, oversee proof-of-execution (POE) compliance and contractual requirements, and deliver the reporting cadence and operational insights, including Game Pass and digital attach reporting, that enable informed business decisions and successful partner outcomes Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
