Overview
Are you passionate about creating experiences that connect employees to purpose, community, and culture? Microsoft is looking for a Communications Manager to join our Global Executive and Employee Communications team to lead communications and employee engagement strategies that bring Microsoft's culture, values, and priorities to life. In this role, you'll manage a program that helps Puget Sound employees connect to each other, their local communities, workplace experiences, and Microsoft culture. This work focuses on creating awareness, participation, and belonging through employee events, campus experiences, regional programs, and community initiatives that enhance the employee experience. You will also drive communications for Microsoft's most visible employee brand moments, helping employees understand, engage with, and take action on the initiatives that reflect who we are as a company and what we stand for. This work includes communications for programs such as Giving and Volunteering, Sustainability, Accessibility, Inclusion Networks, Hackathon, Voter Registration and Civic Engagement, and other employee-facing initiatives that strengthen connection to Microsoft's mission, values, culture, and communities. Communications IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $86,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $113,300 - $187,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
