We are seeking a Business Program Manager to join our team and serve as a trusted partner in driving programs that strengthen our employee community and organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will own and coordinate the organization's Rhythm of Business (ROB), ensuring effective planning, communication, and execution across key business priorities. You will lead and evolve high-impact people and community programs, including the Day of Learning (DOL) program, Employee Training Compliance, and the Analytics GIVE Program in partnership with Azure Data Platform. You will identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance employee engagement, and foster a culture of learning, connection, and inclusion. As a key member of a collaborative and high-performing team, you will manage confidential information with exceptional professionalism, integrity, and discretion. Business Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $77,800 - $153,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $102,200 - $169,900 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
