Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Partner - Retail to serve as a trusted strategic advisor to a portfolio of retail customers.

In this role, you will develop deep relationships with business and IT stakeholders while helping customers maximize the value of their Blue Yonder investments. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer's business, operating model, and strategic priorities, translating those insights into measurable business outcomes, solution adoption, retention, and growth opportunities.

As a key member of the Customer Account Team, you will partner closely with Account Managers, Technical Account Managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes throughout their Blue Yonder journey. This role is ideal for a customer-focused retail supply chain professional who combines industry expertise, executive presence, commercial acumen, and a passion for helping customers achieve success.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships with business and IT leaders, including executive-level stakeholders.
• Partner closely with the broader Customer Account Team, including the Account Manager and Technical Account Manager, to deliver a coordinated and exceptional customer experience.
• Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business, operating model, strategic priorities, and retail environment, including why they selected Blue Yonder and how our solutions can address their most critical supply chain challenges.
• Lead collaborative discovery to develop Value Success Plans that define business objectives, measurable value drivers, and outcomes across the customer's Blue Yonder solution landscape.
• Ensure customers successfully implement, adopt, and realize value from their contracted Blue Yonder solutions.
• Establish strategic engagement cadences across solution areas and maintain strong internal alignment around customer priorities and progress.
• Lead the development and delivery of Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), focusing discussions on business outcomes, value realization, strategic priorities, and future opportunities.
• Proactively identify and mitigate customer attrition risks, coordinating internal and external action plans to protect and strengthen customer relationships.
• Lead customer renewal activities by ensuring customers understand the value achieved, future needs are aligned, and relevant Blue Yonder capabilities are considered as their business evolves.
• Identify and facilitate upsell, cross-sell, and solution expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales and other internal stakeholders.
• Drive customer advocacy by developing strong customer champions and facilitating participation in Blue Yonder's Customer Appreciation Program and other reference opportunities.

Core KPIs:

• Identifying and tracking of Verified Value Outcomes our customers are or have achieved with Blue Yonder solutions.
• Driving customer reference activities through our customer appreciation program.
• Initiating upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your assigned accounts.
• Mitigating customer attrition of the existing solution landscape.
• Driving executive customer engagement through strategic business reviews like EBRs and QBRs.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 6-8+ years of retail supply chain and/or retail customer-facing experience.
• Deep breadth and depth of retail and supply chain domain expertise, with the ability to engage credibly with senior business and technology leaders.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence executive and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to lead strategic customer conversations.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and complex environments, identify critical issues, establish priorities, and communicate effectively to drive action and progress.
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Product, Delivery, Professional Services, Support, and Engineering.
• Strong negotiation, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial and business acumen, including knowledge of SaaS business models, customer retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to customer success, with the ability to translate customer objectives into measurable outcomes.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to consistent customer engagement and operational excellence.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
