At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don't just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset - who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential, and people too. With a culture that's all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology and careers to the next level.

We are hiring a Staff Technical Program Manager for our Security organization. Security at Snowflake spans Product Security, Database Security, Threat Detection, and Compliance - the teams responsible for protecting the world's most sensitive data at the scale of one of the world's most trusted cloud platforms. This is a highly visible, high-impact role for a senior TPM who thrives at the intersection of technical depth and organizational influence.

Program Ownership & Backlog Management
  • Lead strategic, high-ambiguity Security programs from inception through execution, turning 0-to-1 initiatives into structured, measurable outcomes.

  • Own executive-facing operating mechanisms for the Security org, including planning, execution reviews, SteerCos, strategy summits, design and product reviews, QBRs and leadership decision forums.

  • Build and scale execution rituals across Security teams, partnering with Engineering, Product, and TPM to strengthen accountability, visibility, and operational discipline.

  • Drive portfolio-level strategy, sequencing, and dependency management across critical Security initiatives, ensuring clear prioritization, resource alignment, and timely escalation of risks and tradeoffs.

  • Establish strong program governance across the Security portfolio, including reporting cadence, decision-making frameworks, escalation paths, risk tracking, and executive communications.

  • Coach and mentor Security TPMs, helping raise the bar for program strategy, communication, stakeholder management, and execution excellence.

Technical & Product Depth
  • Build technical and product depth to understand Security architecture choices, evaluate tradeoffs, and anticipate downstream implications and risks.

  • Bridge engineering execution with customer outcomes and product strategy, ensuring Security programs are aligned with both technical priorities and business impact.

  • Engage deeply in architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical tradeoff conversations, helping teams pressure-test assumptions and make well-informed decisions.

  • Raise the bar in program reviews by asking high-quality technical and product questions, identifying gaps, and driving teams toward crisp decisions and accountable follow-through.

  • Translate complex technical topics into clear narratives for cross-functional and executive audiences.

Snowflake is growing fast, and we're scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
