Our Advisor Practice Management team delivers industry-leading learning programs, consulting, and coaching to top advisory teams and partner firms. We strive to be the business partner of choice by helping advisors grow, scale, and strengthen their practices. Leveraging Capital Group's distribution reach and relationships, we bring the proven skills, behaviors, and strategies that drive growth for elite advisory teams.

Guided by our proprietary Pathways to Growth research, we provide tailored learning experiences that help advisors develop and implement critical business-building capabilities at every stage of their careers. Our approach emphasizes practical application, measurable outcomes, and ongoing accountability. Through these engagements, we deepen advisor relationships, create business impact, and strengthen opportunities for partnership with Capital Group.

Advisor Practice Management Consultants (APMCs) engage advisors through keynote presentations, national and regional conferences, interactive workshops, and customized consulting engagements with leading advisory teams. We maintain a strong industry presence through in-person, virtual, and digital experiences that extend Capital Group's practice management expertise to advisors nationwide. Our consulting services are highly sought after for their ability to drive meaningful business growth, leadership, and team transformation.

The APMC role requires leadership, collaboration, adaptability, and creativity. Consultants integrate and customize practice management curriculum across a variety of engagements while partnering with internal stakeholders to develop learning experiences aligned with advisor needs. Credibility is critical, as APMCs advise and coach top financial professionals on topics including client acquisition, leadership, team effectiveness, goals-based investing, retirement planning, AI strategy, and practice growth. Success in this role requires exceptional public speaking, facilitation, consulting, and coaching skills. Approximately 75% of the role is dedicated to workshops and consulting engagements, with roughly one-third conducted in person.

APMCs operate within a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, partnering closely with Strategic Relationship Managers and sales teams across distribution channels to design and deliver customized practice management programs that drive advisor success.
